Rep.-elect George Santos admits fabricating key details of his bio (nypost.com)
“My sins here are embellishing my resume. I’m sorry,” Santos said on Monday.
This is hilarious because its not one thing but a bunch of things. It used to be dudes would be busted about lying about military service, but this dude has a list of lies.
1. Lied about his job history.
2. His education
3. He is Catholic not Jewish as he claimed. I doubt the same posters who use Pochantas jokes will give this dude a pass because he is a REpublican.
4. Claims to be gay, but there is some questions about that as well. Was married to a woman as recently as 2017. Maybe she was a beard, who knows on that one.
5. Claimed to own 13 properties but it appears to be 0.
This is the part from the story that worries me.
Meanwhile, Santos said the $11 million in assets reported in his financial disclosure report filed in September are tied to his Devolder consulting firm.
“All of my finances come from the firm. The assets are the contracts with the firm,” he told The Post.
I think he was a plant to win a seat from the Dems, like the GOP did in Florida running non existent Candidates in Dade county. YOU run out a guy who was married to a woman that now claims to be gay or actually gay, in a friendly gay area, and you take the seat from the Dems.

The Holocaust grandparents and him being out and proud for a decade but having a secret wife might have done it.

But he still thinks he's going to be sworn into office. Fucking dollop.

“I campaigned talking about the people’s concerns, not my resume,” Santos told The Post.

“I intend to deliver on the promises I made during the campaign — fighting crime, fighting to lower education, improving education,” he added, saying that “The people elected me to fight for them.”

"Sure my entire life story was a lie, but you can definitely trust me to keep my campaign promises."
