Thanks man, that was an informative read.
Anything on wrist pain. I broke my wrist 2 yrs. ago and I never let it heal properly. It still hurts like a bitch on some lifts (mostly pressing) and front squats kill it. But I digress, thanks for the post!

A lot of the elbow rehab stuff has a lot to do with wrist flexability...helping one may help the other.
 
Tip #3: Do more rows and curls.

Interesting point here I think, back before I hurt my shoulder my ratio of elbow extension to elbow flexion work a week would of been something shocking like 6-7:1. My elbow always seemed to have a little niggle in it, might be worth throwing in a few sets of curlz a week and see how things go.
