That's my worst lift by far. I've hit 350 when I was a little bit heavier, but I haven't really gone over 300lbs in training. So I'm not sure where I'm at with that. Last session I did 300 for 3 sets of 3 and it moved really quick. I'm guessing if he's competing bench only he's probably going to put up way more than me lol
Of course all these numbers are from my local gym on those public gym bars and hex plates. So I'm not sure how much different it's going to feel when I get back on actual comp plates. For all I know my gym 45s aren't even accurate.
