I was wondering if any of you have ordered from this company before? it is basically a company that sells liquid egg whites by the gallon. I have seen a few adverts in magazines and was thinking of ordering some. I consume about 12 egg whites a day, but sometimes I don't have time to crack and separate the eggs.

Anyone use this company?

It's an OK deal, at least at CA prices.

$40 shipped for a gallon of egg whites though EW International.

$6 per 16oz at Safeway. 16oz @ $6 each x 8 = $48 per gallon plus tax.

I'd just save some money and buy whole eggs, separate as you wish. The yolks are OK to eat.

60 eggs at costco = 5 bucks, and that's almost a gallon of egg... why would you pay over 8 times that for something more processed, and less nutritionally well rounded?

Plus, egg whites are the left overs of bakeries and cake makers. Basically, EWI sell these companies the yolks, which are pricier, and they just don`t know what to do with the whites... that`s until they find soime dummy off the internet ready to pay top dollar for their waste.
