Xcept for the endurance part, is resistance/strength a PERFECT substitute for cardio training? I mean it does seem all the derivitive effects of cardio, like increased heart beating etc. is present. So will resistance training give ALL the health benefits, just less the endurance part? Or is there some parts just not transferrable?

I asked coz I m planning to do all resistance only. Just like in judo, where one round lasts only minutes[Me in jj, but the things that happens seem the same, minimal cardio needed].

cardio can oly be cosidered to be existant in resistance training if your doing complexes like burbies and the bear. any isolation work will not achive the same effect.
