Effects of 3-5 hours of Muay Thai a week on muscle building

So i’ve been lifting weights for about 3 months and i started doing Muay Thai again last month (after a 1 year lay-off). This means i now only have 1 restday a week.

We only do bodyweight exercises during the MT training but it’s still exercise. I do it about 3-5h a week.

How will this affect muscle growth?
 
Enough food and rest you'll be fine.

I used to weight train over 2 sessions maybe 3 hours a week, but then used to do Mon-Sun MT (maybe sat off) for 2 hours a pop and additional CV on top.

Just progress slowly and take days off when required.
