Tried to do a lower bar squat to try and straighten out some form issues. Been getting out on my toes too much coming up. It seems to have helped a little but I didnt shoot a vid.
 
No new lifting vids but I do have one of my son playing guitar. I'm gonna post it cause its my log and i can do what I want!

Also did a walk/jog with my dog in the afternoon.

Dont really know what happened with my OHP. I managed the weight last time but decided to repeat cause it was really hard. This time I failed the last rep.

I'm also pretty well convinced that there is a pretty good variation in my gyms barbell weights.
