Edmund's last MT fight reffed by the legendary Cecil Peoples.

Seems legit :)

Man I wish Edmond will join the next TUF. It will surely be an entertaining season.

Not too hard to look like a world beater fighting a guy that is 4-17....

Is this some sort of custom MT rules, why the small gloves?

Anyway I skipped to about 6 minutes in and he's already got his hands by his waist, great striking coach there.

Lol Caraway would rape this guy...

And Dennis Hallman would throw on his speedo and t-bag him.

Have you seen Ronda's striking? Does this not surprise you?

yeah, this was no MT fight. This was MMA. The gloves and the grappling show that. He looked pretty good IMO. Then again, the other fighter's record isnt the greatest. Still, this video shows he has some skills. Anderson Silva fights with his hands by his waist all the time, so I don't know why some of you would critique him on that.

The same Anderson Silva that got KTFO for having his hands down? OK then.

The thing is this was MMA and Edmond is still green as a MMA fighter. He is a MT fighter, he probably did get tired. MMA is more taxing on a persons cardio than MT because MT has flurry's then breaks then flurry's then breaks it isn't a constant action like MMA, and the clinch takes a lot out of your upper body also. I think he did fine for where he is at in his MMA career. 3 quarters of the people on this forum don't have the balls to compete but talk shit about people who actually stepped up and competed. I got respect for any person who steps into the cage or ring makes no difference whether I like them as people or not. You have to respect that.

this is an MMA fight, not Muay Thai. In Muay Thai, you can't hit a downed opponent.

they just decided to keep it standing.

You kind of have to admire a guy who's 4-17, yet soldiers on...

And Edmond is taking a unprecedented amount of shit on TUF, but to me, he's doing a pretty decent job of protecting his fighter (Ronda) and attracting some of the other team's attention and wrath on to himself.

Yep! The same Anderson Silva that is hands down one of the best strikers in the world. Regardless if he just lost buy KO.

and that's why it's completely fine for him to have his hands down. he's at the level where he can do pretty much whatever the fuck he wants in teh striking department.

when edmund gets to the level where he's considered one of the best strikers in mma he can keep his hands down without being called out for it. but like most 2-0 fighters he's going to be criticised if he keeps his hands down.

He's Armenian, bro! He is already better than Anderson Silva because of that fact.
