I watched just a couple of fights from him in Bellator and the fights in UFC, based on this i'm not sure about his chin and ability to take damage. I know he's strong and durable.

What is your opinion on Alvarez chin, is he able to take a straight left without being KO'd?

He's chinny

Conor will hit his chin, break his hand and Eddie will still be standing. Conor will quit and Eddie wins by TKO. Take Conors left hand away he will finish no-one. Thats all he has that can finish a fight.

He's been rocked plenty of times, never ko'd though. Recovers good. I wouldn't be surprised if he ate the left and kept tickin'.

Looks better than Faber's chin.

He got TKO'd once during career of 32 fights. At welterweight.

He gets rocked from time to time, but keeps shaking it off.

I would say that his chin is definitely solid.

He's got a pretty solid chin but I still think he is getting knocked out. I hope I am wrong though and he takes Conor to championship rounds where Conor would be a gassed out zombie.

He usually takes a knee after taking a flush shot, but dude hasn't been TKO'd since bodogfight was in operation.

I'm not so sure his chin will hold up though. He's been in far more wars than Conor

He recovers super fast. If he was on wobbly legs after or TKO'd/KO'd it would be different.

Siver and Mendes ate plenty of lefts before finally going down, and I'd say Alverez's chin is better than both.

I think it's good enough to allow Eddie to fight his fight.

And his recovery is really good as well.

Plus he is one of those guys that have proven that they can overcome adversity. Similar to Edgar.
