I don't think Chandler really minds Eddie but from the interviews and countdown shows, Eddie seems to have a problem with Mike.

I think it's the casual indifference that Chandler and his camp pay to Eddie, dismissing him like he's nothing. I think he feels he doesn't get any respect from Mike.
