Khabib's only win in the last two years is Darrell Horcher. He has a point.

Eddie Alvarez is 32 years old, has a wife and kids and has been fighting for 13 years.
Dude has paid as many dues in MMA as any fighter ever.

I don't fault a guy for looking for a paycheck. Eddie Alvarez has always fought anyone put infront of him and since he beat Hellboy eight years ago has basically been a top ten Lightweight

And he has a point about Khabib, who is wrecked with injuries and has like one win in the past two years. If Woodley didn't deserve his shot, Khabib's is questionable as well

Fuck fake fans. Eddie Alvarez is not a duck.

I'm sure he'll also be baffled by how easily Khabib picks him up & drops him on his ass.

    Khabib bless

Yes, shame on Eddie for trying to earn money in a limited career span.

Eddie trust me you don't want Conor bro. He seems like the kind of guy Conor would have a field day with at pressers, and mentally break before the fight. All that money aint worth your soul bro.

Khabib is an excellent fighter, but he's been shelved for quite some time. His one win in the past two years was over Darrel Horcher and prior to that if I recall correctly his only top 10 was RDA before he was champ. It's not difficult to comprehend where Eddie is coming from when you take the wins in the entire LW division into account. I still want to see this fight though.

Fighting a late replacement after 2 years off = number one contender.

Finishing 5 fighters, including submitting someone in the top 5, and fighting 7 times overall since Khabib's last fight = Has to fight for the shot again.

    It's laughable.

Like it or not but Khabib is no big draw and with ppv share or "points", champions want big fights now

All the fake russians spamming on the internet don't mean any PPV buys. Fighting Khabib does 50k PPV.

I can see it, Khabib has fought once in like a decade or something.
