  4. You've been watching Game of Thrones Season 4 too, huh? Everything I see I think is made of dragon bones. I'll eat every fucking chicken in here.

I'll never forget his fight with Aaron Simpson, where he injured his leg and decided the best chance he had was to come out the gate in the second round and throw a spin kick basing off the injured leg.

these old school fighters are spent. its amazing how he keeps pulling it out. I like Ed, I've watched him fight for years, but he's a mid card gatekeeper. He looks pretty good when he gets aggressive but he looks deadfish out there.

Yeah, he's slow in general but his kicks are incredibly slow and awkward looking. The entire fight I was wondering how a guy who's been fighting professionally for years can still throw such horrible looking kicks.

Anyway, I still like watching him fight and he's tough as hell. Glad to see him get the W.

He's not going to be a title contender but his fights always deliver. The dude is old school and he always shows up ready for a war. Not many guys like him still around

Ed Herman does nothing for me. Jack of all trades, master of none. He plods along, taking punishment and dishing some out but he rarely looks amazing, apart from one or two finishes. I prefer him to Natal though so glad he got the win over Sapo, who does even less for me. I suspect Herman's got maybe 1 yr left in the tank before retiring, he's a vet.
