[Ebay item] Are these fake gloves?

My knee-jerk reaction is that something about them looks fake, but I can't say anything more beyond that.

that's what feedback is for...looks legit to me...don't forget about custom charges in your country, that can bump up the price

I searched a lot of different sites that carry the Twins "Air" and not one shows pics that have writing on the palm. I dunno about these.

only other place with exact same image is Alibaba and we all know about that place

Muay Thai fighting has them with the 'air flow' print. I'd say they are legit. http://www.muaythai-fighting.com/twins-special-muay-thai-boxing-gloves-air-flow-bgvla-2bk.html

Now I have a question. There's two different Twins models running around ebay with the BGVLA model name. Here's a couple links. They appear to have different wrist closures and the first one looks a little more streamlined, less Thai style. What gives? The only difference I gather from the description is one is listed as the 'air', the other as the 'air flow'.

Twins Thailand needs to hurry up and get their own official homepage running again so we can avoid confusion like this LOL. I guess we're looking at new(er) models with which I'm not familiar as opposed to fakes then haha.

Yeah, theres no www.twinsspecial.com like they advertise, boxing glove manufacturers are so ambiguous its almost shady haha

Both types are on muay thai fighting, the air flow seem to only have mesh fingertips and the air gloves have a mesh palm.

From the images the air looks to have more of a western shape with a longer cuff

They USED to, but that URL went through at least 2 changes of hands in the last 15 years or so. At one time that was Twins Thailand's official homepage, but those moron brothers down in San Diego that got their distribution rights stripped somehow convinced the Thai guys to give up that URL, which is now defunct because of their loss of distribution rights. Hopefully Twins Thailand takes it back sooner rather than later.

There are some comparison pics next to some twins, etc. Looks like the 'airflow' mark is legit. New model.

Those ones with the mesh look a bit crappy. FYI I love my twins 12's. Great compact bag/pad gloves.

Ohhhhh, excellent sleuthing skills!
