    i just ate a 8 natural peanut butter sandwiches on weat bread with 2% milk :eek: any one no a good workout burn all those calories

    I would try cycling. Pro cyclists eat peanut butter sandwiches and burn the calories within a few hours.

    Bread will make you fat. There your problem is solved, stop eating bread and you'll no longer be fat. Just kidding of course... I love natural peanut butter, damn now I'm so hungry. Craving bread too. Lucky Bastard.

    If I were in Vegas I'd make you spar 5 rounds to burn the calories, just because you made me think of good food.
