Hi Guys, fist jj session last night and sore as fuck this morning , wonder if any one can suggest a basic jj dvd that is easy to follow

I personnally don t buy DVDs.

yeah you're gonna be sore if you roll, so get some ibuprofen, that really helps. I believe Carlson Gracie has a DVD set if I'm correct. I'd go with his.

rodrigo medeiros's set is great. the gracie vids helped me out alot too.

check out saulo's and marcelo's sets if you get a chance, although i think alot of it won't help you quite yet
