DVD on the dogfight position?

I know it was briefly covered in Bravo's old book but the position has apparently evolved since then. Are there any recent sources to learn this position?

Caio Terra has some stuff on his website.
This week in bjj has some good stuff by Lucas Leite.
JT Torres showes 3 moves on the allgalvao website (avoid the crap move Galvao shows on there. He tried to do on Sonnen and it didn't work.)

The youtube studies gumbledub did while fun to watch focus a lot on the weird stuff Lucas does very rarely rather then on his best moves he does all the time.
