Nah. I agree that Khabib seemed to be always improving, and I respect that, but improvements become incrementally smaller rather than exponential as you seem to be saying. When you see guys make massive improvements between fights, its because they aren't that good and have a lot of room to improve. Guys like Khabib are always making refinements which takes a lot of focus an discipline, but nothing where two fights later he becomes a completely different fighter.

Khabib was always a dominant grappler, but his striking started to click around 2016/17 imo. That's when he really hit his MMA prime, and he retired still in his prime.
