Dumbest moves/game plans in mma

I have no idea why vitor thought it was a good idea to pull guard on jacare. Got me thinking about the worst gameplan or moves I can think of. Bj bum rushing and shooting on Fitch comes to mind. Fedor jumping into werdums guard that was more wreck less than anything else. Obviously hello Japan. What else can you think of?

that was definitely a great gameplan, fitch wasn't expecting it and hadn't had his questionable grappling defense exposed before that(he got tossed by GSP, but that's GSP so it didn't register as a weakness)
