Its been a while since I've been active on the forums. I've been in training as a Combat Medic in Army for the past 5 months or so. Now that I've been at my Advanced Training site for a while we have freedoms to eat and workout on our own.

That being said, I'm getting back on track with training. I'll begin updating my previous logs or starting a new one(considering the weight jump is fairly significant between then and now). I've begun SL5x5 along with the PT and field training the Army puts me through. I'm on a M/W/F lift, T/R cardio schedule right now. Cardio consists of runs w/ my company and sprints on my own.

Nutrition is difficult here as the DFAC(Dining facility) doesn't serve much variety and much of it is fried. I can usually find a baked chicken breast or turkey burger along with spinach and peanut butter/banana for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is usually bacon and eggs with fruit.

I'm taking ON Whey post workout, Animal PAK every morning, and ON 2,222 BCAA Tabs throughout the day(split the horsepill in two-am/pm).

Thats about it for now. Will probably copy and paste this intro in to my Log when I get around to it. Now for my first form check ever:

Overall, your squat looks fine.

You might want to think about really squeezing your glutes as you are coming out of the bottom of the squat.

Squat looks good but that weight looks too easy for you. Try to get a form check for a set where you're straining and your form is slightly degraded as issues will be more readily apparent.

Bro do yourself a favor, remove the SF stuff from your page. Put it back up when you earn it. The patches are cool but, you look a little young to have served in even 1/2 of those units. I've seen the same picture on another website forum I also frequent...

Overall good, but you are leaning forward a little. Go more verticaly with your back.
And yes, give us another video with bigger weights, that will clear things up.
