Social Drinks go so well with seafood in summertimes!

Specially Mexican food. Fried fish taco with cheese and avocado accompanied with any type of drink just gives you a unique food high that is hard describe. Like some folks, I tend to digest sea food the best and it doesn't way me down like other types of meats.

Now add a bit of a drink and I get an extra feeling of liveliness during summer. Hell same goes with Italian food.

With something richer (cheesy dishes) I have sparkling wines such as Cava or Prosecco

I can rarely abide by cheese with seafood... the occasional crab dip or those oysters Rockefeller with blu cheese sauce i like, withstanding.
