People who hate on Brock are the same people who say Tyron Woodley doesn't deserves GSP. Woodley deserves GSP any way you cut it. Did Nate Diaz deserved Conor? Diaz-McGregor is probably the best feud in past 5 years.

Of course, drawing power equals buys equals profit ergo business is business hence the saying if it makes dollars it makes sense. Its really not that complicated, welcome to the real world TS.

It is something they've always done. Randy's hw title shot against Tim Sylvia was a total gift. And there was Nick Diaz getting the title shot against GSP despite coming off a loss.

We get these drawing power fights, but honestly how many times have the top guys just been ignored and not gotten a shot? They always do, sometimes they just have to wait a little bit..

it seems pretty simple, without asses in the seats and ppv draws the company goes bankrupt.

When an organization is still small they use the "sport card" to gain legitimacy. When they become big they turn into prize fighting.

Accepting the fact that it happens is different than believing that it SHOULD happen. We have a lot of shills here who like to spout "money talks, bro" lines without trying to fight back and not support some of the stupid decisions in MMA we've been seeing.

You can't have both spectacle and legitimacy, it's impossible. It simply cannot be done. God himself could not create a Universe where it could occur. If a fight is a huge draw it should also involve the belt whether that makes any sense or not, and anybody who thinks otherwise is a stupid hater that doesn't understand, this is a sport unless it isn't except for when it is. But it's entertainment. Like rasslin. With a sprinkling of sport on top

This is a fighting business not a fighting game
