Started watching this yesterday, just an 8 parter. Love the cast...Christian Slater, Joshua Jackson and Alec Baldwin. It's based on a true story although I'm sure some extra drama has been thrown in for good measure.

"As patients entering the operating room of Dr. Christopher Duntsch for routine spinal surgeries start leaving permanently maimed or end up dead, two fellow surgeons and a young Assistant District Attorney set out to stop him."

I finished it last night. My only issues with it were Joshua's prosthetic chin and the amount of the OR procedures we saw, we caught the gist after the first couple. Scary how this goes on so frequently and if the stats at the end are true, 400,000 people a year die due to malpractice and the majority get covered up. It's the 3rd biggest killer after cancer and heart disease.

With this and Dopesick there's been some good medical dramas on streaming sites.

They were pimping the shit outta this show at my local movie theater for a couple months straight
The commercial would just be playing on a loop on every screen
It would be this, a Coca Cola ad and a local real estate guy over and over and over again until the real trailers started
I still drink Coke but I will never watch the show for that reason
