    Just came across this on rosstraining, thought i'd share. You have to register then go to downloads section and it's in there.

    Come on this should get more love. it's a decent test!

    Here's a link to the table that corresponds the level you reach with your predicted VO2 Max.

    Ans here's another version of the test that tells you the level at the end of every shuttle so it's easier to keep track. The quality isn't as good though.

    Best i ever got was level 12.9 (one lap away :( )

    Thanks, I knew it was about on the MOD website somewhere, but never get a chance to look around.

    I need 11.1 for the end of june, better start running a bit more

    I hated this when i was at school. i got a 5.2 when i was 11! whoop

    I think there are very few people who finish it at the adult level (the lower level I think is 15m instead of 20, and yes I do know there are 2 different tests with different audio beeps, i think they play the 20m tape for 15 m for kids sometimes).
    I know beckham is one of the few who can complete it (female anatomy)

    it may have been a softer version it was a while ago but the kid was some high level cross country runner

    I seem to recall getting to 12 back when I was about 13 or 14 years old, would be interested to do it again now and see how I compare.

    Best I ever got was a 12, that was 5 years ago and I was about 15kgs lighter.

    Remember as part of black belt grading we had to run a level 10 before the grading started.

    I did this in school, but it wasn't rated with numbers like 10 or 11. It was a number up to 140.
