Hey if you have some time check this out!

Cale the Infidel: Shaping a round piece of clay!

Part 1 just gives a background story real quick and some before and after pictures. Part 2 actually has my diet and what I'm doing to lose weight if anyone is interested!

I wanted to post this here to get some constructive criticism on my writing and any thoughts on what else i can do to make it more interesting. MMA forums seem to be gold mines for topic and good ideas.

Thanks!

Now for the boring part; my diet:

To cut calories/carbs I eat 2 really small meals and 1 full meal every day. I also cut out all Soda/Candy completely. My day generally goes something like this:

Breakfast in the morning, a small protein bar and take my fat burning thermogenic. (OxyELITE Pro)
Lunch I just go wherever, as its my only big meal. Generally Subway or Chinese food.
After work I come home and take my Pre-Workout supplement (Xpand right now) and go hit the gym.
For dinner, right after the gym, I have a little "Pure Protein" protein shake that my wonderful mama got me a case of from Costco. I also try to throw an apple in with it for an "insulin spike." I don't even know what that means but guys that are bigger and more ripped than me tell me I need to do it. :D

Well since that diet is working for you no real point in switching it since you have a few weeks left. Just looks like your taking in less calories than your using, classic calories in vs out.

But in the future I would personally knock off the thermogenics and eat cleaner with more whole foods(Get some veggies in there). I've taken thermogenics and they do work but I found you can get the exact same results with a clean diet and it didn't make feel drained/deflated.

Thanks for the heads up. What type of veggies do you throw in to keep it tasty though, that's my biggest problem.

Well being single again puts a lot of pressure on you to look good.

It's more honest to structure that sentence in reverse: "Being in a relationship tends to make you take less care of yourself, if you were not taking care of yourself for the right reasons to begin with.".

a vegetarian diet is not what made you lose weight. it was calorie restriction from cutting out all the garbage.

Thats good work regardless how your diet is. Congrats on getting out of that relationship. Women will destroy you if you let them. I bet it never happens to you again.

Different ways going about it. Personally I find cooking up organic frozen broccoli or spinach is tasty in itself. You could Google recipes for using a blender and frozen vegetables as well.

Very inspirational blog TS. It can be hard getting out of a relationship, and loosing weight and looking your best helps a lot. I hope you post an update in the future.

Thanks for the tip. That sounds much better than how I wrote it and more humble.

Thanks, because my thermo is almost up and I don't want to hop right into another cycle of it. I want to go to a clean diet when it's up. I appreciate the input.
