Don't like my coaches style

I can't get used to my coaches style of punching. He likes to punch with the thumb pointing up and i can't get used to it. What do i do?

The only thing is its a really good school and theres no other mma gym around this area. But im thinking of taking lessons with his son now because is stand up looks great and i like his style.
