i dont care about getting ripped anymore, i just wanna build size and strength. Compounds are the only moves ill do along with calve raises and standing bi curls. But what should the routine be? full body workouts 3 times a week? deads, squats, chinups, military presses, benches, cleans from the hang will be my only real movements. how should i split these up during the week? or can i do them all in one session- 3 times a week? what do u guys think?
