In this instance, the close to 3-1 odds in favor of Ronda are on the money. She lost to perfect butt Holly because of how technical Holly's stand-up and distance management was, don't expect Nunes to fight that smart, she is not known for that. Even all the reports of Ronda getting shoock in the staredowns, her mental state after the loss, even if these are all true, a shoock Ronda still merks Nunes. Don't listen to the insiders, the casuals and bookies are the tale of the tape in this fight. Nunes got TKO'd by Zigano and ALEXIS DAVIS. She is an average female MMA fighter. Ronda runs through average MMA girls, I don't care if she is 8 months pregnant with Browne's 30 lb baby.

I agree... Nunes has a questionable chin, questionable cardio and has been armbar'd... I expect Ronda to be in full "bitchmode" come fight night

100% Ronda wins in Round one

I have no doubts at all.

I worry about how the trip to 145lbs might affect perfect butt Holly.

Yeah, that arm-bar that happened 8 years ago where nobody saw the fight will be a huge factor.

Nunes will expose her bad and it will be Rondas last fight

Nunes will defend the takedowns and has way more power than Holly (I also think she's a better striker tho a little wild)

Ronda will get lit up and KTFO

I predict she has been training this technique to gain revenge on the country of Brazil.

I don't think she has a questionable chin, she gets TKOed when she run out of cardio swinging for the fences.

Nunes boxing against Tate looked to good to me for Ronda to deal with. Ronda who likes to fight on her feet and use her hands. Unless she's learned to shoot takedowns, or can wrap her arms around Nunes, I see her getting lit up.

I tend to agree. Prime Ronda is a better overall fighter than Nunes. It remains to be seen if prime Ronda is the one that shows up.

If Ronda can turn this into a grappling contest, and the BJJ BB does manage to get through round one, I can't see her beating Romero off the stool to do a round two. She should have used her champion status to push for 5 minute round breaks!

Honda has only one way to win this fight and it's the only way she knows how: bullrush into a clinch, judo throw, then work for an armbar. All this weird ass pad work with count edmond ain't gonna close the huge disparity in striking skills between the two.

Having said that, I think Honda gets picked apart badly in the first round. Second round she gets a takedown, nunes tires and Honda gets the arm. After the win, she gonna call out Holm and more money is to be made while Joe jizzes his pants in front of everyone while saying it has been an honor to call your fight once again.

Curious. I just watched nunes vs zingano...Nunes did well in the first round, but both 2nd and 3rd rounds were total domination....Nunes getting stopped by ground and pound in the 3rd...I think if the fight gets out of the 1st round, rousey has a very good chance of winning....

Nunes striking always looked a bit sloppy, big swings and all, but shes got a lot of power. In her last couple fights she looked sharper tho. That said, RR should avoid the standing up and take Nunes down. There comes another thing: Nunes is a bjj black belt (which is actually her background) and a Judo brown belt. I wont dare to compare her judo to RR's, but Nunes is not a bum to be taken down at will and knows what to do on the mat.
RR can take this, but theorycrafting, its a horrible matchup for her and I DONT expect her to win.
To be honest, I expect a 2nd round big hit followed by vicious gnp into a stoppage. Thats actually where my money will be.
