Trump seems to be a "Republican" in that he is running against (eventually) the Democrats, and apparently that's all there really is to it. Pretty nearly every issue I've seen, heard or read the Republicans fighting about for the last decade, he's completely silent on, and that may well be a good thing, for the party to move past attempting to block same sex marriage, re-instituting prayer in school, slowly eroding access to abortion, ect.

Unfortunately, Trump seems to represent moving past that to...nothing. He really could just run as an independent and be the first member of the Trump Party of America, but just by throwing his hat in the "Republican" circle he get's so much of the anti-democrat support.
 
I said it before but Trump is a false flag to make Jeb Bush look good and get elected.

Trump is not going to win any election, but he's just there so all of you can go:

Trump is rubbing so much salt in the progressives wounds. It's hilarious the amount of left wing conspiracy theorists that have crawled out of their mothers basements to try and make sense of what is happening to their cherished, politically correct, sjw agenda. The progressives are losing on all fronts to common sense right wing rhetoric. Nothing is loony about what Trump has said, if you get butt hurt over his immigration policy then you need to reevaluate which country your allegiance is pledged to.

Jeb Bush and his supporters are driving his campaign to the dump. His campaign is possibly the poorest run campaign since Rick Perry's 2012 debacle. From changing his message all over the place to bad photoshops.

Before he started to run he stated he did not want run on anti immigration message. He stated he could lose the nomination but win the general now he is talking about anchor babies and building walls. He has taken the role of the guy running for flip flopper and chief.

His message is all over the place because Donald has run a far right campaign on immigration and won over many many in the deep south. This includes leading in many southern states because he has stuck to message.

Top it off the message is so strong there that Jeb and Rand Paul have not been able to call him out about his position on things like health care and social security.

He has stated he does not want to change social security and has not talked about his position on single payer health care. These items should have been a problem for Donald but he has done a great job with his far right immigration message.

Southerners don't want politicians like Rubio who has stuck to message and avoided talking about huge changes on immigration. They want Donald to build a 30 foot tall wall. It really has become the biggest story during the campaign.

Jeb finds himself all over the map on immigration and getting openly aggravated on network TV. Interviews with Jeb many times he snaps at reporters when they ask him about Trump or building walls.

He looks like a hot head that is easy to get under his skin. Unlike Trump his man of the people message has failed to sell.
Check out his left hand and this was something one of his close supporters released.

2.9 billion, not 10. Considering he started by taking over his father's multimiliondollar enterprise in 1972, that means he has probably done considerable worse than the market average. Him being a "resounding success" in buisness is definitely debatable.
