Donald Cerrone- top 3 head kicker all time

Cerrone has one of the deadliest headkicks in MMA and I dont think he gets the credit for it.

He's finished Guillard, Miller, Martins, Makdessi, Story, Brown, and Hernandez with the headkick

He is top 3 all time head kickers

Most people would rank Cro Cop as #1 but Cerrone has to be up there as well.

Who else??

 

Barboza is somewhere in the top 10 for the Etim KO alone.

TRT Vitor for the spinning shit on Rockhold and KO on Bisping.

 

He's a damn good grappler too. It would be interesting to see him compete in some tournaments.

 

Maybe in the division, not the entire UFC/MMA

 

Not all those are head kick ko's but the head kick definitely lead to the end and I honestly dont know who has more finishes set up from them. I know ppl will say cro cop and barboza but i think cerrone actually has more.

Edit: Cro cop has 6, cerrone has 7, Barbosa has 1 lol weird. Cerrone wins.

Where is Hernandez's headkick, that was the most satisfying.

He has the most finishes in the UFC by headkick, 7 if you don't count Rick Story.

Its crazy to think that he didnt even get his first TKO/KO until over 5 years into his pro career

He was always a good kickboxer, but without a lot of power. and his grappling has always been great and ever improving

but its his striking which has just gotten DEADLY over the years

 

Probably the most effective kicker in the UFC. Barbozas kicks are fun to watch but Cerrone has more wins via headkick than Barboza does via any kind of kick. He also technically finished Miller with a body kick before the ref stopped it thinking it was a low blow and almost finished Eddie with leg kicks. So yeah when people mention the best kickers Cerrone doesn't get mentioned anywhere near as much as guys like Wonderboy and Edson for whatever stupid reason.

 

He has the most head kicks in ufc history.
