Doing LEGLOCK seminar near Long Beach on Sunday

    10am to 12pm at 360 Krav Maga in Signal Hill. Cost is only $25 pay at the door

    This will be IBJJF legal leg locks with the gi, but if you are a no go person come on out anyways. Anyone who has been to one of my seminars can tell you I work very hard to give you your money's worth.

    been doing BJJ for 5 months and i know nothing about leglocks.. is this aimed at more advanced students?

    I will be going over very basic leg locks at the start and moving to more sophisticated attacks. I think it would be great for you
