this is how internet content works on any site and isn't a scathing commentary on musk more than any other major content owner/provider man I don't really know what to tell you

It's alarming how much tripe gets pushed, modern media is unhinged. I know some people prefer it but a lot of it is just bollocks.

Hopefully it gets brought to heel sooner rather than later.

Nobody ever seems to have a good word to say about social media when it's a generic discussion, but people will always come out to defend it when it gets specific to a person or platform they admire.

Elon is kind of the KING when it comes to efficiency and the reason space X rose to prominence.

Self landing rockets is to save on costs, and he's revolutionized what can be done.

The idea that cars should be made to be automated WITHOUT a steering wheel and brake levers to save on cost, was an extreme vision - tesla robotaxi

the infamous twitter restructure, 70-80% of staffing cut, runs fine, even had a bunch of upgrades. He got a ton of flack followed by the entire industry doing the same....

clearly, the man can envision better than most, and by a good margin, and his first principles way of thinking is what makes him successful.

It'll be interesting to see if he has the same passion for cutting costs that he doesn't personally stand to gain from financially.

I'm implying that it's a conflict of interest and that subsidies are anathema to the psuedo-libertarian bullshit Musk and his kind like to spout. Something tells me he won't see welfare subsidies to the general population the same way he sees subsidies to his companies.

What happened to all his complaints about voter fraud? They evaporated all of a sudden as soon as his guy won. Or his terrible peace plan for ending the war in Ukraine and suggestion that Taiwan be annexed by China. Or his public transport ideas.
