Yes so we can have a clear contender in place, hell they have even time for a mini tournament if they started May. Shogun vs Oezdemir is already in place and make Latifi vs Blachowiz rematch the winners facing each other in August or September so when Cormier returns December or start of 19 we will have a clear cut contender. I like Gus but he fights so little that i dont feel he deserves anything he still lives of those competitive loses against Jones and Cormier, he didnt look great against Jan and also against Glover, Glover you could throw in there instead one of the 4s but he also seems to fight rarely.
