Does The UFC's Medical Insurance Cover TRT?

I went looking for the answer myself, but couldn't find any conclusive information on whether or not the UFC's medical plan covers TRT.

I did find an article stating that the UFC's plan had been expanded to cover pre-existing conditions, the implication being that TRT could potentially be under said coverage.

Anyone have any information on this?

Interesting. I doubt that's what they had in mind when they started the Insurance program. But it could potentially. Especially considering the amount of unethical doctors out there.

So far I haven't been able to find anything that confirms or denies what is covered under the pre-existing conditions, more specifically whether or not TRT can fall under the insurance plan.

I guess a place to start would be a normal insurance plan and see if its covered.

hopefully Zuffa doesn't pick & choose each specific and detailed nuance of what the health benefits cover (like those fuckjobs at Hobby Lobby)
