I went looking for the answer myself, but couldn't find any conclusive information on whether or not the UFC's medical plan covers TRT.

I did find an article stating that the UFC's plan had been expanded to cover pre-existing conditions, the implication being that TRT could potentially be under said coverage.

Anyone have any information on this?

Interesting. I doubt that's what they had in mind when they started the Insurance program. But it could potentially. Especially considering the amount of unethical doctors out there.

that would be ironic, however TRT is considered as medication and probably they cover it.

I guess a place to start would be a normal insurance plan and see if its covered.

hopefully Zuffa doesn't pick & choose each specific and detailed nuance of what the health benefits cover (like those fuckjobs at Hobby Lobby)

regardless of my personal opinion of TRT.

Obviously, how else would those poor underpaid fighters be able to afford it?

Pretty sure that it does as it is a legitimate medical treatment.
