    I know, but unlike a KO, a fighter having a limb broken (in this case dislocated) can tap. He has the consciousness to do it. Can't blame the ref because he chose not to tap.

    You absolutely can blame the ref. It is his job to stop the fight if there is damage like that. It's called a technical submission. That ref fucked up big time.
