I think AKA guys do progress faster than other camp. They injure their fighters, but they also make champs. I think you guys should not shit on them. Fighters know about the camp better than you guys, they choose to be trained in their camps. Even browne knows what he is doing, he joined Edmund just for pussy (or money if he divorces ronda the next day they are married.)

AKA is progressing Cain into early retirement whilst having robbed him of most of his best years. IMO no.

I don't think over-training is good for anything. Doesn't make sense to me, as an athlete, why anyone would over train. Rest is incredibly important to most training regimes. Don't get it, never will.

Over-training causes fighters to peak early and be in decline when they go into a fight. If the plan is to win fights, then over-training is terrible. If the plan is to improve your game, then over-training is an acceptable method to quickly progress entry-level fighters.

However, no top level fighter should be over-training, period.

If it did why are all these guys wasting all this time and money in training camps? I think we need to bring in these bums of the streets at least those guys don't get hurt in training

I don't blame AKA at all. I can't imagine they have guns to the fighters' heads making them do squats with semi-trucks on their backs. I blame the meat-head fighters like DC, Cain and Luke for buying into their own tough guy nonsense. There are much more successful fighters that train a lot smarter. It's ancient ways of training and thinking. The fighters are to blame and they deserve whatever punishment and lack of income they get.

You need to train to be a fighter. When sparring, rolling, lifting, doing all kinds of training, you will always get some injuries. Every fighter steps in to a fight with injuries. Every fighter.

Cain only fights if he is 100%. Everyone else would just shut up And show up to the fight.

Maybe Ronda is willing to do some freaky shit? She is a big downgrade from his wife when you consider how she looks outside of fights/camps.

You will never take cains brown pride. Like literally. It's tattooed on his body.
