Lol call it ONLY technique all you want . She's bigger and stronger than all opponents she's fought.

Then why the fuck is she pictured in front of some serious weight equipment...
.....Ohhhhh....she's looking wistfully at the mats and bags.
    I get it now. Deep.

Hard to believe what she says, maybe this is true, but she certainly does some kind of strength training.

She has crazy core strength that is really hard to develop just lifting weights. I have seen videos of her lifting weights but a vast majority of her strength is from human resistance training. Most lifters who do deadlifts, squats, overhead pressing and calf raises work similar muscle groups but not to the level of work world class MMA fighters work at for sure.

It's funny because many people who are similar size to them are likely stronger in some areas but it takes over a decade to get to the level of Ronda. Also there is the bone and tendon development that goes alone with that style of training. I think that Ronda development is indicative of a body that has morphed from the regular training she has done for so long.

But hardcore judo training probably gives you more functional strength than weights, so there is that.

If that's the case then it's a truthful statement.

Though I imagine she's referring to fighters who rely on strength over technique which I think is still a thing.

Lifting weights uses more core strength than pretty much any exercise

Not true sir. She's shorter, but is much bigger when not cutting. She leaned up for her fight with Ronda, but the woman is a brickhouse. And the statement was "bigger and stronger". You can debate me on bigger all day, but stronger? No sir.

Also not true. The other guy was wrong to imply it doesn't use it, but "more than pretty much any exercise" is madness.

I do wonder how it works since elite level wrestlers do at least as much rigorous human resistance as Ronda does and often quite a bit more so and yet NCAA and Olympic wrestlers often have real, heavy lifting as a core part of their training and don't just rely on grappling for strength and power. Maybe the fact that she is competing against women who've never really competed at a sport that is 1/10 as stacked as women's Judo has something to do with it as well. And the fact that she treats her pro fights as a matter of life and death when her opponents never seem to have that fire coming out of them.
