Does it really count as ducking if...

Defend against the top contenders first. Then take fights to feed your ego.

I don't know and I don't care. They should be defending it against top ranked fighters.

That's not what they're talking about.

EVERYONE WHO FIGHTS PROFESSIONALLY FOR A LIVING BUT ISNT SOMEONE I LIKE IS A COWARD

Yeah, I agree. "Ducking" implies being scared. That's not the case with Woodley. He still should fight Wonderboy before anyone else though.

Even if you risk making no money in your short time on top?

I don't blame the fighters for trying to take money fights instead of actually defending against the people who deserve the title shot. I blame the UFC for acquiescing.

I disagree with that. That's not smart. These guys should score the biggest pay days they can first and then worry about some other guy who "deserves it".

I don't by any means think Woodley is going to rein for decades as the champ, but you guys have to realize that Wonderboy is very beatable. The first person to actually get him down wins. And I do think Woodley can get him down. Wonder boy is just the Machida era all over again.
