Does fightpass follow any rhyme or reason?

There are still fights from 2013, 2014 that i'd like to watch or re-watch and yet they're not released. But they give out high profile fights i.e weidman/machida and all the Jones fights like it's candy.

Is fightpass random or does it have some sort of structured release?

One of the main reasons to have fightpass was to watch cards that were overseas and were not going to air on FOX/FS1. Now the fighters have to fight at 3:00am their time so FOX/FS1 can air it during normal hours in the USA. I see no reason to subscribe to it anymore.
