We know he's 41 and chinny. And i loved his hip toss against Mir.

But do you think he should get rid of his loopy punches, add some head movement, and not lift his chin so high when he swings for the fences?

Or is it so late in his career that it's not worth it to improve his boxing anymore?

No.

He's 41. What you see is what you get at this point.

Comes to fight, comes to finish, never in a boring fight. It might not always be pretty but it's always entertaining and a spectacle.

Technically his striking is very poor. He slap boxes with looping shots, keeps his hands low and has poor head movement. Now that his chin is gone...he's always on the edge of being sparked out. Even last night Mir caught him with a shot and stumbled him.

For the record...it's too late for all this shit. Honestly, he's already retired once. He's just doing this for shits and giggles, for a payday.

Improving at his age with his current mindset after such a long career. Not happening. He doesn't even gameplan it would seem he just goes out there and wings shots trying to KO the other guy.

Didn't read your post but your avatar looks and smells like she took a nasty steaming log of a poop in the toilet and the took a selfy while engulfed in the stink.

He's way more of a headhunter now than he used to be. Where are the body shots, where are the takedowns, where are the kicks?

Educate yourself.

Fedor is a headhunter now, but wasn't always.

Well I don't think it's ever too late to make small adjustments if you're fighting, whether he would actually try to make those adjustments is another question. He just knows one way, to kill or be killed. It's very entertaining tho, no point fighting with this man.

Fedor doesn't need anything but a couple retirement paydays.

Tbf he did throw some nice knees from the clinch and got a nice takedown, so he was mixing things up a bit. The fight was never going to last long, both fighters were head hunting from the start.

doesnt seem like he prepares as well as those in the USA and other places with better camps - pretty impressive that he still wins

No, he should just keep doing what he's doing. He can't learn traditional boxing at his age, and if he did he'd have the typical "can't pull the trigger" problem that 41yo boxers have.

His best chance at defeating top HW's is to just be aggressive and hope he hits them first. This evens the playing field and gives him at least a 50/50 chance to beat anybody, which is better than he would have with a more measured approach (at his age).

True, but I still feel that he could do better with the skillset he has.

Still, he's the pro fighter not me, but he doesn't fight like he used to. I wonder what he'll try in the Chael fight. I see him KO'ing him.

To be honest at this stage of his career, i doubt Fedor needs to train more. i wish he coud add some boxing technique but he's 41 and doing this just for the money

Why? Because he's been KO'd by counter punchers so many times? haha - you idiot.
