He's just informing us how uneducated he is in the sport. That's his point.
 
The only relevance that fight has is if Khabib moves up to WW and fights someone as strong as fully roided Tibau....like Woodley. There's no one like that at LW and probably won't be in the USADA era. He'll have to move to 170 to fight a beast like that again.

Khabib did win. The amount of shook, inaccurate arm chair MMA judges that saw that fight for Tibau is crazy.

As ugly as it was Khabib won the fight 29-28 or 30-27. Go watch it back and turn the sound off.

Just rewatched the fight and khabib easily 1 and 3. I mean the whole fight was close but all tibau did was land a knee in the first and land a TD (more like a slip) and a knee plus a right hand ... khabib out worked him the whole fight and out landed. The body shots and legit take down in the second won Tibau the round. Legit win, Joe and Goldie were extremely bias, it seemed like they were rooting for tibau cause they were used to seeing him win UDs plus a overly supportive Brazilian crowd.
 
It wasn't a great fight but still a comfortable 30-27 for Nurmagomedov.
Tibau did nothing for 15 minutes except defend takedowns and get punched... a lot.
