I bet he works like hell and never gets it.
This is VERY hard to say... if Jones can keep distance, no chance for cormier to do it.
i think so
round 1, maybe not. I'd say 3-4 td's for him in the fight though
:edit: and one of them being a
If he can push Jones to the fence, id say there is a good chance.
I would expect him to hit his TD's often and early.
People seem to forget that DC whoops people in the standup. He can maul and throw anyone to the ground, but his standup has been more of a success for him imo.
Every round that he wants to.
and i'd say there's a really good chance he can do that somewhat easily
Did I miss the part where he "whooped" Hendo in the stand up? Because it looked like he wanted to circle away and wrestle.
Cormier gets max 3 takedowns IMO.
I wish i had your confidence and that your words turn into reality.
He struggled to take down and keep down roy Nelson
i think he took the opportunity to beat the crap out of the guy the easiest way he could. I don't believe for a second he'd be afraid to trade with him if for some reason he couldn't take Hendo down. He's able to damn near juggle him in mid air so I don't know why anyone would not take advantage of that
i thought i remember him getting like all but one..
That's why I keep typing them. Confidence can be contagious.
he might actually throw jones out of the cage. He'll take down Jones whenever he tries.
^LOL...you cant be serious man.
But I thought he whoops people in stand up. Hendo was like 40 with an H bomb.
Don't see how people think DC will dominate, he did zero damage basically against Roy and Mir and those fights were stinkers. His best chance to win is to wall and stall.
So you're saying he should have struck with Hendo for no reason other than showing random sherdoggers that he can strike..?
