In that pic, iit's very evident that Cormier is naturally very thick and wide. It's pretty retarded to think those dimension are because of "fat", including the torax. He has a very thick and wide build, regardless of his diet.

The opposite of Yushin Okami, who was very thin/narrow in the waist, and was always below average sized at MW but sherbros thought he was huuuuuge because they are sherbros, hence very retarded.

He was definitely fat fighting at HW. And ridiculously fat for his last fight.
He had to deal with his "Popeye's problem" in order to compete at LHW though.

Yeah, he doesnt have an adonys body. Not even the much slender Gustafsson has it. It doesn mean he is obese as you pretend. He went 5 rounds at a good pace. A guy who is badly fat is not doing that. I dont think the guy in the pic has extra 30lbs of fat to cut and compete at MW in good condition.

To say Cormier is a MW because he fought there being 20 years old in optimal shape doesnt make much sense....if that's the measuring stick, then we have to get every fighter one or two weightclass down, because most of them could have fought or actually did fight much lighter when they were only 20.

DC was not better at HW, HW's are just historically and notoriously not as good as LHW's. FFS, Francis was the UFC champion in recent history with exactly 0 ground game beating Ciryl with exactly 0 ground game in his like 10th ever professional MMA bout. The heavyweights are paper thin. There's a reason Jones killed Ciryl in 20 seconds.

Jones looked kinda slow at heavyweight even though he easily took down no ground game Gane. DC despite being fat was pretty damn fast. I think it would be close. Maybe DC takes it.

After Miocic fights Jones seems faster than DC.
