Obviously fuck Pereira, but Diego obviously could continue and Dana's released fighters before for milking DQs. Add to this the fact that Diego looked as bad as anyone ever has in the octagon, just like he did during the Chiesa fight, and it wouldn't surprise me.

Pereira Is fun to watch; definitely checking out his future fights. Diego needs to be done, one way or the other. He was completely fine to continue but quit to steal the W. Lying about not being able to see because of the blood that wasn’t there?? C’mon man. There should have been point (or two, or three) deductions and the flight wraps up.

I feel like that fight was a more embarrassing performance than the two CM Punk fights because Sanchez, unlike Phil Brooks, has been fighting professionally since 2002... and that is the performance you put on? Time to retire for sure.

Or, be given the ultimatum that he either get a real coach and camp or be cut.

He won't retire but he shouldn't be in the UFC (or Bellator for that matter) anymore. Not because of the DQ but because he looks awful.

I really appreciated the comment about Diego getting a new coach. WTF was that game plan. Also leading up to the fight, all week you could tell Diego was off and that coach is a quack. What an awful showing by Diego, and yes he absolutely quit tonight. He stated he couldn't continue because blood was going into his eye. Dude...

Diego needs to find a legit team if he continues fighting! His coach is selling Diego wolf tickets!

Diego would fuck him up, and I'm a huge Penn fan.

They're both done, but there's levels to being done, and Penn is absolutely SHOT. Diego's just the type of done that he shouldn't be fighting top fighters or hard hitters anymore.

Dana should just make Diego a commentator. Can you imagine?

Diego needs some help. Don't want to feel bad for a grown man but he really needs help. His Coach is a wannabe Guru and Diego is probably in a relig. Cult.

Imagine being 38 Years old and begging the Ref to ask the Coach if you are able to continue or not. He is also speaking / moving and acting like a Robot (?).

His Coach is such a piece of a shit for doing that to a naive, punch drunk Man.

It looked like he did retire. A win for Pireira, like Sakuraba over Mezger.

he looks as schizo as el cucuy supposedly is at this point. forget about The Talk, he should be evaluated by a team of shrinks to see if he's fit to compete anymore.
