Simple question.

Is that me, or does creatine make you sweat more than normal while training and while not?

If the argument holds that creatine allows you to work longer because you have more muscular energy reserves then it might simply be that you're working out more and getting hotter...
It could of course also be psychological (I mean you work harder when taking supplements kind of psychological) or just a correlate of other factors that affect your supplement schedule. (e.g. if you're feeling down or have been injured and hence don't keep up with supplements you might also work out at a different intensity, or maybe there's seasonal variation etc...)

Any of that sound likely?

I've heard of this also, but I've never seen any physiological explanation for it.

Oddly enough, hard work does it for me.

iv been taking no-explode recently and i am working harder then usual but i find i am sweating loads, and start to sweat a lot faster as soon as iv started exercising, find i have to drink so much water while taking that stuff which makes me wana piss all the time,

I sweat all day long when I take it. I also think it may be that I have been working out regularly for a while now and I just feel like I have more energy. Maybe the metabolism is higher and more energy=hotter body temp.???

No I think my body temperature goes up when I take creatine. Nothing serious but enough to make me sweat a little more than normal. So Im always in tshirts even during winter lol

not and I can't click on the link while at work

But I'll let you off if you tell me the av girls last name

i dont know her last name. i was fishing on myspace, and found her. she's set to private, so that pic is as far as i could go

I was at football today, and doing just stretches I was DRENCHED in sweat. I sweat a lot, I take creatine, I think its just from me being really out of shape. I have always sweat a lot, but no where near this.

well heres a thought, some peopel have a decent amount of water retention from creatine, maybe because if you take mono you tend to hold more h20 making you sweat more? I dont know i am just thinking out load.

When I started taking BSN's Mass Stack I started sweating a lot more than I normally do at Tae Kwon Do probably for the reasons posted above so I know what you're talkin' about.

That's probably due to the stimulants in NO-Xplode. I usually use a straight creatine product without the stimulants and I've never noticed any increase in sweat.
