Does BJJ teach striking?

    Old school BJJ like Helio and Carlson Gracie taught enough striking to close the distance and engage in the grappling.

    This is the most accurate answer. You won't learn striking at a sport BJJ gym.

    Boxing and Muay Thai don't teach ground fighting. How can they be considered two of the best martial arts?

    They teach that gay front kick to the shin as you're moving in for the flailing clinch.
