Big John has potential with his knowledge and history with MMA, but you can definitely hear his inexperience. I don't think he's particularly good behind the mic yet.

I do prefer Mauro Ranallo and Goldy to Jon Anik in terms of play-by-play guys, but I don't think Anik is bad at all.

Anik has grown on me, as Joe has gotten on my nerves more and more these days. Hardy, Cruz, DC, and Jimmy Smith are all really good, imo.

I'd still like to hear Mauro commentate for the UFC.

What? Felder is better than Bellator's whole team, minus Mauro. Smith is also pretty good, I was surprised Bellator let him go, but what they've configured in the booth is exactly what they've done with their roster. They picked up Zuffa cast offs and other people with names while neglecting their home grown talent.

jimmy smith is fucking awful. he was ok in Bellator and is worse here.

Big John isn't great, he's usually just telling stories rather than calling the fight at hand, but he could improve and he's likeable enough. Chael is good

Rogan and Jimmy Smith are probably the best colour commentators in the biz. UFC badly needs a play-by-by guy though, Anik is dreadful.
