Id say yes but the debate will rage on. If he beats him at WW, it will be "MW champ beats a LW....big whoop". Plus, you have the purists that believe weight classes are silly and the GOAT is the best at the biggest classes, would never consider naming a flyweight or lightweight as G.O.A.T.
