phil has improved a lot from his fight with rashad, He is also not undersized. I think he could take jones down, the striking goes to jones though. Davis, Cormier, glover and gus are all close to jones in weight and functional muscle mass. Not mw's who put on tons of muscle for their frame. They all have a chance
