What I mean is, is there any hardcore Anderson Silva fans who still think that he will not only make a come back, but will be successful at it, make one last run for the title, and defeat who ever has the belt to become MW Champion again.

A part of me believes that, but the another part says I'm crazy to think that.

Thoughts ? What about you guys ?

Similar to GSP, I think Anderson lost his belt right before their divisions hit a new level of talent.

    Anything is possible though

I am not even a Silva fan leave aside hardcore. But I think he has a fair chance of taking the belt back.

Anderson is still capable of destroying most fighters without ever using his left leg, but he will and he'll be lethal once again.

Can't count someone that talented out...but I am more worried about his age than his leg.

He's my favorite fighter and I'll always pick him to win but he's old and I would be surprised if he wrecks the division again.

I'd have to give you that answer after his comeback fight. My fandom says he can still do it. If he comes back and is the Anderson we know, I guess it all depends on if Machida has the belt. I don't think he'd fight Lyoto.

I hope he has a successful comeback though.

My thoughts as well. If his leg holds up, he certainly has a chance. Assuming he's lost a step or two, that still puts him leagues above most. I just wanna see him at least go out on a good high-note. Here's hoping his leg holds up.

If he gets his calcium into him.
I'd love to see him come back. He has seemed slower as he's aged. But he's countered that with precision and timing.
