It seemed to me like the UFC wanted to compete with the MMA Hour or Fighter and the Kid, but you don't really hear much about it, other than the occasional isolated clip of Serra sounding off on someone.

The Jim Norton guy doesn't seem to know much about MMA, and doesn't seem to have much chemistry with Serra. Seems like he's just there to make gay/tranny jokes about himself every couple of minutes.

And they don't really ask hard questions because the UFC writes their checks. Just wondering if anyone actually listens to the show? Seems like a pointless podcast.

On rare occasions. Serra is a character, but a little goes a long way.

Only when Dana is on because he drops some interesting info whenever he's the guest.

Forgot all about it tbh. Might check some episodes out later.

What da fook is that? Never heard about it. I assume they are bringing out all the shills praising; the UFC, the UFC gyms, the UFC performance institute, Reebok, USADA, the next shitty fight card..... I DON'T WANT!!

I listen to a lot of MMA podcasts all week, every day. I forgot this existed, I've never listened to it.
Might give it a try or two.

I really like UFC unfiltered. I think Serra, Jim & Chris do a great job. Jim is surprisingly more knowledgeable about MMA than I would've thought.

Jim does sometimes go into a shell. Serra gets high as fuck often and it's hilarious. Jim's a good interviewer and they have great guests.

Leave that shellless turtle alone

Best podcast out, def great chemistry between the two.. better then fighter and the kid, talk and the talker, Sammy and the Punk, etc etc.. fighters actually open up on the show being they respect Matt. Jim Norton is a comedian.. like Bryan Callen, Joe Rogan, Louis (spelling?) Gomez, etc etc.. And has been around mma longer then Callen or Gomez. You dont hear about it because it's more for actual fans, fighters, etc.. casuals would get bored and lost. Bisping's podcast is second imo.

I'll listen to the clips when Dana goes on, but that's about it. It's a friggin podcast funded by the UFC, you already know it's gonna be #1 bullshit on most issues.

I used to listen to sherdogs podcasts way back in the day...until they started praising wrasslers a little too much. Shit got on my nerves so I stopped and never went back. Then I created this account and the rest was history.

ufc is trying to steal the recipe for fighter and the kid.

bisping/some comedian

serra/some comedian. (although i actually knew jim norton from his stand up)

its like digimon blatantly stealin pokemons gimmick

Do you mind me asking why you call yourself The Rassler when you hate rasslin' so much? Irony?

Maybe it should be The Harrassler...or Razzler.

I like Bispings podcast, the mma hour and jre

I like it a lot better then the MMA hour just wish they had video

I listen from time to time, it reminds me of the fighter and the kid, one knows his stuff (Schaub doesnt know a lot but stil) and the other is there to bring some comedy and ask questions. Think Serra and Norton work well together and provide funny interviews with guests for the most part

Yeah me too, I dont really ever listen to podcasts or similar style shows if they dont have videos

It’s called ‘Unfiltered’ but it’s definitely the most filtered mma-podcast out there

It's not my favorite (probably would be Bisping's) but it's good. And Jim Norton clearly knows and follows MMA so no idea where that came from.

And LOL anyone listens to Schaub??

I tried but I'm not into manufactured shit
It feels like a UFC propaganda machine

I listen to it often- at least a chunk of every episode. It's a very good podcast. Serra can be a little too energetic at times, but he's always looking to talk grappling, which is great. Norton is a big fan of mma, especially considering he''s always got a lot on his plate.
